operation of district gust house - 1. scope includes all rooms, verandas, toilets, wall tiles, furniture, equipment, lights, fans, window grills, door surfaces (inner and outer), staircases, ramps, etc., across all buildings of the district guest house, sitamarhi. ii. floors must be cleaned continuously and must never remain dirty; walls, windows, and doors require daily cleaning; ceilings must also be cleaned regularly. iii. cleaning materialssuch as floor cleaner, phenyl, glass cleaner, mosquito/cockroach spray, naphthalene balls (for toilets), hand wash, room freshener (for every room), antibacterial soap (for toilets), tissue paper, hand sanitizer, etc.shall be provided by the contractor. iv. the contractor must place dustbins at various locations within the guest house premises and ensure regular cleaning of the premises and trimming of bushes/shrubs. v. clearing water stagnation from the building's roof and projections (chhajjas), and completely removing (uprooting) any plants growing on the building structure. vi. all personnel must wear the uniform provided by the agency, which must display the employee's name. vii. thorough cleaning of the entire district guest house premises. viii. maintenance and watering of flowers and plants within the premises. ix. the contractor shall develop and maintain a beautiful garden and an herbal garden by planting new flowers and plants periodically. x. regular cleaning of drains and similar structures within the guest house. xi. cleaning areas adjacent to the building, disposing of waste/debris at designated locations, and spraying lime, gammexane, and bleaching powder. xii. the contractor must install two dustbins of different colorseach at least two feet in sizein the outer area of the guest house premises. 02. washing. 1. the service provider must ensure the daily washing, ironing, and starching of bedsheets, pillow covers, sheets, towels, etc., for every room. ii. the service provider is responsible for washing blankets, curtains, mattresses, mosquito nets, etc., whenever they become soiled. iii. the service provider must supply all materials required for cleaning. iv. for laundry purposes, the bidder must arrange for washermen, washing machines, and irons. 03. catering. 1. meals and refreshments must be provided to guests staying at the district guest house; payment for these services will be made to the concerned agency by the relevant office or the guest, in accordance with the menu. the service provider must supply lpg gas for cooking and is also required to keep an additional gas cylinder in reserve. expenses incurred for tea, breakfast, meals, etc., during visits by state guests or official events/meetings must be billed by the agency at prescribed rates and submitted to the concerned office for payment. 04. generator. 1. a 100 kva pollution-free, silent generator must be installed at the district guest house, sitamarhi, to ensure power supply to both buildings from the time of installation. additionally, a 30 kva generator is already installed for the old guest house; the bidder is responsible for its maintenance as well. ii. the service provider is prohibited from tampering with the district guest house's wiring or installing parallel wiring. 05. maintenance of electronic and electrical equipment at district guest house, sitamarhi: 1. the concerned agency is responsible for the maintenance of electronic and electrical equipment installed in the district guest house, as well as the repair of epabx systems, intercoms, fans, tvs, geysers, etc., in all rooms, and must bear the associated costs. expenses related to the installation, maintenance, and recharging of dth/dish tv services must also be borne by the agency. the office will procure new electronic and electrical equipment as required. ii. the contractor shall arrange for high-speed wi-fi internet connectivity across the entire premises, including all rooms of the district guest house. 7. number of personnel for maintenance: a. cook - 04; c. attendant - 07; e. receptionist - 01; g. electrician - 01; h. manager - 01; b. helper - 02; d. cleaning staff - 04; f. gardener - 02.
