Indian Oil Corporation Limited has invited bids for the 1. carrying out preventive maintenance including replacing/refitting/cleaning of all electrical equipment i.e. panels, accessories, light fittings, fans etc. as per schedule/maintenance and as per procedure given in the formats as prescribed by ioc, 2. all types of motor maintenance, i.e. carrying out break down maintenance as and when required which includes troubleshooting to identify and repair electrical malfunctions and faults and rectifying the same immediately, 3. checking of insulators/bushing of 500 kva transformer and oil level check up, daily check of air breather condition, oil leakage, oil level, condition of silica gel, oil / winding temperature, general cleanliness, external surfaces, annunciation system, condition of terminal sealing, insulators/bushes, neutral earthing, tightening ht & lt terminal boxes etc., changing silica gel, oil top up, ir test of transformer & ht cable, and providing & maintaining cable route marker as specified for lt & ht, 4. checking of all earthling connections of all equipment/facilities and repairing the same, if required & maintaining record, checking the healthiness of earthing pit, providing salt water if required to keep the earth pits in condition, tightening the bolts of earthing strips terminating in the pit, and giving new earthing connections to equipment wherever is necessary, 5. miscellaneous other works on the basis of requirements or breakdown maintenance and not included above, 6. checking & changing of lamps/tubes, cfl, fittings, starters, chokes etc. of all buildings, warehouse, manufacturing area, street light and high mast etc., 7. replacement / topping up of lubricating oils and hsd/ distilled water in batteries as and when required, including checking and water topping up of 2 nos. of dg set batteries, 8. 1 nos. of dg set oil top up and cleaning, along with checking and topping up of the dg diesel tank level, 9. fire engine cleaning and maintenance, 10. supervise the fire engine daily run for 30 min and diesel top up, 11. maintain log book of fire engine, dg set, fire engine, reading of electric meter and monitor power factor, 12. receipt of hsd in barrels and taking daily inventory, 13. cctv: general electrical support, identifying & rectifying if any fault on power supply to cctv, and checking of continuity, connections and terminations, 14. electrician and high skilled electrician must be present at the time of various audits/inspection for miscellaneous activities and aiding iocl officers and auditors, 15. miscellaneous other works on the basis of requirements or breakdown maintenance and not included above, and 16. uniform & ppe's provision, including rain coats, gumboots & personal protective equipment like electrical safety shoes, helmets, hand gloves, ear muffs etc. to the workmen engaged under the contract (comprising 2 pairs of stitched uniform per year, 1 pair of shoes per year, and 2 pairs of socks per year).
