Ashok Sahakari Sahakar Karkhana Limited has invited bids for the 1. operating the sugar house sugar handling and silo system (40 kg p.p. bag and 40 kg jute bag); 2. unloading sugarcane, hanging wire ropes on unladen vehicles in stacks and lifting sugarcane pieces into the sugarcane yard; 3. lifting sugarcane pieces; 4. lifting bagasse from below the sugarcane yard and draining water; 5. collecting cow dung from both pits and transporting it to the depot; 6. supplying bagasse for co-generation, sugar, and incineration boilers; 7. loading ash from co-generation, sugar, and incineration boilers into trolleys and transporting it in one's own vehicle for sale or self-use; 8. transporting 22 metric tons of stone coal for incineration boilers; 9. sugar handling - as per weight, transporting sugar bags/sacks from the warehouse, stacking (with/without belt conveyor) as required, stitching sugar bags/sacks if sold, and delivering sold sugar bags/sacks for one year; 10. both semi-kestner and evaporators, both sets of tube cleaning, juice heaters, and pan brushing; 11. preparing and supplying lime for the process; 12. melting brown sugar/raw sugar and performing related work with a grader and hopper and dry seed mixer; 13. puncture and minor repair work for tire bullock carts and tractor jugad; 14. loading and unloading work for store goods; 15. operating hotel no. 1 in the factory; 16. operating hotel no. 2 in the factory.
