The concerned authority has invited bids for the upgradation of infrastructure at industrial area rawla ph-i and ii, sriganganagar - clearing and grubbing road land, clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per morth specification clause 201., by mechanical means, in area of thorny jungle, loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of tables 300-1 and 300-2 for subgrade construction as per morth specification clause 305.3.4, "construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300-1 and 300-2 with a lead upto 50 m as, per morth", granular sub-base with close graded material (table:- 400-1), plant mix method providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed stone) as per table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per cbr in sub base course including premixing the material at omc in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader f.e loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per i.s.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[morth specification : clause 401]. by mechanical means., for grading ii material, wet mix macadam, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mixer (pug mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per tables 400-12 & 400-13 and morth specification clause 406., by mechanical means with all lead, "providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss-1) on prepared surface of granular base(wbm/wmm) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-, 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per morth specification clause 502", providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (rs-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per morth specification clause 503., 2, "providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 tph batch type hmp producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder minimum @ 4.0 & 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, as per morth specifications clause 505 complete in all respects., bitumen (vg-30), grading -
