Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited has invited bids for the construction of 4.97 km elevated viaduct from koteshwar road dead end to start of ramp of underground section, including 4 nos. elevated stations viz. ashram road, koteshwar prachin mandir, sabarmati river, sardar nagar and design, construction and completion of 1.01 km of underground section comprising of twin cut & cover tunnel between ramp to dead end, including ramp and 01 no. underground metro station for ahmedabad metro rail project, phase-2a. The estimated project cost is ₹879.27 Cr, with an EMD of ₹8.79 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 28 September 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 28 September 2026.
