South Coast Railway has invited bids for the telecom zonal work under the jurisdiction of sse/tele/srikakulam & palasa in visakhapatnam division - supply ,transportation & installation of optical fibre cable joint supply ,transportation & installation of optical fibre cable joint, supply, transportation, and installation of rcc joint chamber with two piece top cover and bottom cover with hole for drainage and cable entry as per drawing no.rcil/er/drg-02/06 (section-h), supply, transportation and installation of earth electrode (make tata or jindal as per rly. practice) including ms flat for signalling equipments on lever frame, apparatus cases, signal, relay racks, cable termination rcak, block instrument , excavation of trenches of following depth and width 0.3 meter detailed below including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil, excavation of trenches of following depth and width 0.3 meter detailed below including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil, laying of signalling/4 quad/ 6 quad/ power cable/telecom cables/ jelly filled cables , excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track, cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr. to 1.0 mtr , masonry chase cutting 3/2" x 3/2", trenching and fixing of g.i. pipes of different sizes/dwc pipes in hard rocky area up to a depth of 0.3 m to 0.6 m or , transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of steel apparatus case (half size) with fixing of e-type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per drg.no. s&t/con/ bbs/92/90. this includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. railway will supply apparatus case with 'e' type lock only. tenderer shall supply all wiring materials, pbt terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus bars, hylum sheet isi mark [6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4" thick, cement and any other materials that are required for the work at his own cost. contractor has to transport all the materials from store at his own cost to the work site. the wiring materials such as wire coils, pbt terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from rdso approved sources.1) modification of inside arrangement of apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc, fixing of cable route marker as per drawing in" section-h" at a distance of 100 mtrs. along the trench and at places where the cable route has taken diversion, transportation of ofc from the store of to work site with care, and pushing/ pulling ofc through the hdpe pipes sealing of the duct by simple plugs, transportation of hdpe pipe, painting & lettering of emergency sockets & post including supply of black, white & red oxide, digging of cable pit for the required depth and width to locate the cable at a specific location shown by the railway engineer, repairing of smr module of 48 volt charger , repairing of power supply modules for router, repairing of power supply modules for switch , repairing of power supply modules for modem, printing and supply of maintenance registers of 200 pages, painting of existing apparatus cases without disturbing the terminations and equipments inside, basement plastering of full/half location box, supply of thermo shrink jointing kit for underground cable, supply of ofc distribution (management system) box, supply & laying of split dwc pipe of 120/103 mm dia 2 meter long in already dug cable trenches , supply of power cable 2.5 sq mm 3 core, supply of pvc pipe 25mm (1 inch) dia. heavy duty suitable for electrical wiring ivory colour in &out smooth finish of 3meters length, supply of male telephone line cord, supply of 1.5 volt, ultra alkaline aa battery, supply of eveready multipurpose dry batteries, supply of counter communication system consists of a microphone, a receiver and a speaker.
