Urban Administration and Development Department has invited bids for the selection of a concessionaire for design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (dbfot) of a 400 tpd municipal solid waste processing facility for wet waste-to-compressed biogas (cbg) plant. The estimated project cost is ₹128 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0.64 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 5 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 6 October 2026.
