West Central Railway has invited bids for the facilitation for forest and wildlife clearances, including preparation and submission of forest diversion proposals under the van (sanrakshan evam samvardhan) adhiniyam, 1980, as amended from time to time and as per the applicable rules, guidelines, notifications and directions issued by moefcc/competent authorities, for forest land; obtaining stage-i and stage-ii forest clearance from the ministry of environment, forest and climate change (government of india); securing permission from the state forest department for tree felling; and obtaining wildlife and archaeological survey of india (asi) clearances in the state of madhya pradesh in connection with the itarsi-bina 4th line project of bhopal division, west central railway. The estimated project cost is ₹0.75 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0.01 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 5 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 5 October 2026.
