Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the providing, supplying and installing of pumping machinery at different pumping station in petlad - 3 phase borewell submersible pump sets electric motor driven borewell submersible pump set, providing submerged centrifugal pump sets (water immersed, dry air filled, class "f" insulated tewc motor integrally mounted on volute casingpump sets for water duty, 3- phase, 50 3% hz, 415 10% v along with suitable foundation / installation device with cable length from pumps, installation testing and commissioning of 55 hp ( 40 kw ) pump ( submeged centrifuge pump ), auto transformer starter suitable for local & remote pump control application consisting of auto transformer (vacuum impregnated, air cooled having three (3) tappings at 50%, 65% and 80%), incomer mccb / mpcb, overload relay and contactors , manufacture, supply and delivery of 5 inch nominal dia. upvc column pipes including pvc socket (coupler) length: 3 meter, manufacture, supply and delivery of 5 inch size ci pipe adaptor and pump adaptor for upvc column pipes, ci non return valve, providing and supplying isi mark ci d/f sluice valves, lowering, laying and jointing in position following c. i. / d/f reflux valves, butterfly valves, sluice valves and air valves including cost of all labour, jointing material, including nut bolts and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing, etc. complete, 200 amp main switch mcb and fuse providing following type of modular type accessories mounted with pvc / metallic/wooden box, single mounting base frame covered with textured / metallic/white front plate , modules erected with necessary connections, supplying & erecting xlpe(is:7098)(i)-88 isi unarmoured copper cable, manufacture, supply and delivery of cast iron detachable joints (short & long) complete with joint flanges duly drilled, synthetic rubber sealing rings manufactured from styrene butadine rubber (sbr) and other required accessories such as nut bolts etc. The estimated project cost is ₹0.39 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0 Cr.
