Department of Collegiate Education has invited bids for the proposed infrastructure shall support local deployment and operation of large language models and other artificial intelligence workloads, including machine learning, deep learning, genera ve ai, natural language processing, speech processing, ocr and image-related ai applicants - 1. supply and delivery of the specified ai workstation and associated hardware. 2. physical installation and placement of the workstation at the designated laboratory/server room. 3. installation and configuration of the operating system and required ai software environment. 4. installation of required gpu drivers, cuda/rocm and ai frameworks. 5. configuration of the required ai middleware and model deployment environment. 6. integration of the workstation with the existent college lan. 7. configuration of network parameters, static ip and required firewall policies in coordination with the college it team. 8. testings and commissioning of the complete system. 9. faculty and staff training. 10. technical support and maintenance during the specified facility-management/support period.
