South East Central Railway has invited bids for the execution of signaling & telecommunication work in connection with: (1) construction of new 10 rooms (20 bedded) running room at bhatapara in raipur division, (2) construction of new 15 rooms (30 bedded) running room at dallirajhara in raipur division, (3) construction of new combined crew lobby at dallirajhara, (4) provision of deficiencies of mea at kmi, mdh & slh, (5) augmentation of existing amenities to facilitate re-development work at passenger interface area of raipur station, (6) improvement of mandirhasaud (mndh) goods shed, (7) provision of mea at dgs & dph, (8) improvement of facilities at rsd goods complex of raipur division, (9) augmentation of facilities in diesel loco shed, raipur for homing of electric locomotives, (10) provision of cctv cameras, portable weighing machine, stacker machine and hand pallet trucks at raipur and durg stations (pf no. 4 & 5) for parcel activities. The estimated project cost is ₹3.17 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0.06 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 16 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 16 October 2026.
