National Institute Of Technology has invited bids for the custom bid for services -hiring professional agency for providing emotional wellness services to the students and staff; 1. access to 24x7x365 days unlimited text and online (telephonic/video) counselling through pre-vetted experts (psychologists, counsellors, career coaches, life coaches) for instant help.unlimited audio/video sessions available for user who would like to avail escalated support. psychologists, counsellors, career coaches, and life coaches should possess relevant qualifications, certifications, and professional experience in accordance with applicable industry standards. 2. introductory / orientation and psycho-educational workshops. (one in person workshop for all students and staff separately. maximum participants in one workshop should not be more than 250. 3. psychological and stress assessment test for all students, faculty, staff and sharing the outcome as per the protocol of psychologist industry /government guidelines.(one number of test for all students and staff.) 4. the bidder shall also organize various events on mental health day, international happiness day, no drugs day and world suicide prevention day. (all workshop to be conducted physically in the institute) 5. in-person (face to face) counselling sessions.one number (01 visit for each week for 03 hours, 04 sessions of 45 min must be conducted)., with an EMD of ₹0 Cr.
