Surat Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the construction of ews-i residential flats & shops including all internal infrastructure services & area development work at t.p. scheme no. 55(bhestan), f.p. no. 43 (package-01) under pradhan mantri awas yojna 2.0-ahp on engineering-designing,procurement and construction basis (epc mode). (work no. 02). The estimated project cost is ₹126.86 Cr, with an EMD of ₹1.27 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 30 September 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 30 September 2026.
