Central Public Works Department has invited bids for the construction of permanent campus of indian institute of technology bhilai at kutelabhata, durg, chhattisgarh. phase-b-part-1. sh- engineering department (3 blocks) (g plus 5), administrative block (01 block) (g plus 3), lecture hall complex (01 block) (capacity 990) (g plus 1), maths & liberal arts (01 block) (g plus 3), teaching labs (01 block) (g plus 2), access corridor (g plus 1) & ancillary buildings (watch towers & security cabins, data center plant room) including internal water supply, sanitary installation, internal electrical installation, hvac, ht and lt cabling, dg sets, sub station, lifts, firefighting, fire alarm system, cctv, bms, street lighting, roads, pathways, cycle track, external water supply, drainage and sewerage and other related developments works on epc mode-iii basis and comprehensive operation & maintenance for three years after handing over of work. The estimated project cost is ₹355.96 Cr, with an EMD of ₹3.66 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 27 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 27 October 2026.
