Department Of Technical Education has invited bids for the tentage service - frame tents; tentage, furnishing, temporary electrical infrastructure and allied services for 70th national school games - wushu and taekwondo, tentage, furnishing and temporary infrastructure services, 1. tender title, hiring of agency for providing tentage, furnishing, temporary electrical infrastructure and allied services for the 70th national school, games in wushu and taekwondo at srinagar, 2. procuring entity, government of jammu & kashmir, office of the district youth services & sports officer, srinagar, wazir bagh, srinagar, 3. background, the department of youth services & sports, j&k, intends to conduct the 70th national school games in wushu and taekwondo under the aegis of the school games federation of india at designated venues in srinagar/ganderbal., the successful agency shall provide complete tentage, furniture, temporary infrastructure, electrical support, lighting, furnishing, generator arrangements, water dispensers, heating/cooling equipment and allied services for both competition phases., the contract shall operate in two phases:, phase i: wushu championship., phase ii: taekwondo championship., the phases may be separated by an interval of approximately 2 to 10 days., 4. estimated contract value rates must be quoted shall be inclusive of gst, transportation, loading, unloading, labour, installation, operation, fuel, maintenance, dismantling and all incidental charges., 5. period of service, tentage and furnishing shall generally be operational for 6 days per phase., carpets and matting may be required for up to 8 days per phase., coolers/heaters may be required for up to 7 days per phase., mobilization shall be completed before the arrival of participants and officials., the venue shall be fully ready at least 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of each phase., 6. detailed scope of work the agency shall provide the following: pandal tents at youth hostel srinagar, gcope ganderbal and other designated venues, including sidewalls, flooring. waterproofing and entrance arrangements (50x60, 40x40, 30x20, 30x20,20x20) feet, canopies for entry, registration, waiting, officials and hospitality areas, dunlop steel chairs with fresh white covers, dining tables with covers, vip chairs with covers, three-seater sofa sets, two-seater sofa sets, single-seater sofas, judges'/officials' tables, carpets and floor furnishing, matting/foaming, heavy-duty generators with fuel, operators, cabling and changeover arrangements, general venue lighting and temporary electrical illumination, water dispensers, floodlights/colour lighting, approximately 5700k or equivalent, centre tables, kanat/side screening/temporary partitions, medium tables with black covers and frills, dari and other furnishing material, buckets and allied utility items., coolers/heaters with operators, as required, temporary dining/catering-area setup (services).
