Irrigation And Water Resources Department has invited bids for the repairing of horizontal end suction centrifugal40 cusec pump no. 01& 02by decoupling of pump with motor, suction cover, rotating element l.e. taking out impeller, sleeves, bushes, nuts, bearing housing etc. repairing & balancing of impeller by welding on damaged vanes and finishing achieving proper profile, repairing of impeller neck by turning and finishing, repairing of s.s. sleeves by turning and finishing etc. and also repairing of sluice valve no. 01 & 02 by taking out the sluice valve from the pipe line and shifting for dismantling, manufacturing of m.s. spindle by turning the rod to proper size and making square threads and cutting of groove etc. assembling of flapper chuck nut and spindle in sluice valve and fitting top cover, bolting including cost of packing etc. erection of sluice valve in pipe line including cost of labour, material, and t&p complete in all respect at ram ki paidi pump house stage-l.
