Public Works Department has invited bids for the annual repair work of diffrent work under sub division chhindwara - taking, exploratory boring 100mm dia at the location of piers and abutments or for high embankments in approaches in all types of strata as per irc-78-1983 and section 2400 of, specifications., upto 1.0 m below bed level, beyond 1.0 m depth upto 5.0 m, beyond 5.0 m depth, providing and fixing and erecting 40mm dia steel pipe (medium weight) railing in 3 rows on steel channel ismc 100mmx50mm and 0.95 in height and fixed at 1.8m. center to center and duly painted etc. complete as per standard drawing no.std-33r, dtd.11.05.1987 of mp rajya setu nirman nigam bhopal., survey of major bridge including taking l-section of existing road upto 500 m each side and two defined cross sections, one of 300 m u/s and one of 300 m d/s and one virgin cross section on alternate proposed cross sections and bed slope of stream upto sufficient long distance as required with chain and compass. taking 5 trial pits, three in bed, two on banks of size 2 * 2 * 3 m for collecting samples of materials at site for ascertaining the silt factor, unit weight test, specific gravity from govt. approved laboratories(testing charges to be borne by the agency) and preparation of detailed survey data, submission of the project duly typed and coloring of complete. and all types of compliance if required from department. (excluding taking trial bores and contouring), dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood, steel, including t&p and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead up to 1000 meters., (i)lime/cement concrete, c) prestressed/reinforced cement concrete grade m-25 & above., supplying, fitting and placing hysd bars reinforcement in super structure complete as per confirming to is 1786:2000 drawing and technical specifications as per relevant clauses of section 1600, (ii) fe 500d/fe 550/fe 550d, for kerb, providing and placing reinforced/prestressed cement concrete in super-structure e/x reinforcement as per drawing and technical specification and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 and 2300 in, c) rcc grade m 30, concrete with plant (drum type) and placing, (i) solid slab, 1 height up to 5 m, for kerb, painting two coats on new concrete surfaces painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces.
