The concerned authority has invited bids for the expression of interest (eoi) is invited from interested and eligible agencies to provide the following services with the objective of improving passenger convenience, accessibility, and inclusive services by bilaspur division of south east central railway: 1. operation of help desks: operation of help desks to provide information related to railway services, station facilities, trains and other passenger requirements, guidance and assistance to passengers, 2. human assistance for persons with disabilities: providing assistance for safe and convenient movement of disabled passengers at stations as per applicable railway guidelines, which includes assistance during arrival, departure, boarding and alighting trains, and movement within the station premises, 3. sign language training for frontline staff: providing sign language training to frontline staff who directly interact with passengers, so that they can effectively communicate with hearing-impaired passengers and provide necessary assistance and information.
