Co-operative Housing Society Limited has invited bids for the complete painting work of society premises consisting of 162 flats in 7 storeys: a) external painting on grit surface of all building walls with two coats of emulsion paint including cleaning of surfaces, repairs, making good surfaces, cracks, plaster etc. b) internal painting of walls and ceiling of common areas i.e. staircases, lobbies, corridors, passages, entrance lobbies, lift area, boundary walls etc. with oil bound distemper and painting of staircase railing and structural members with enamel paints, with complete materials and labour with their own scaffolding/ staging materials. The estimated project cost is ₹0.4 Cr. Please refer to the tender document for EMD details.
