Surat Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the construction of ews-i residential flats & shops including all internal infrastructure services & area development work at t.p. scheme no.51 (dabholi), f.p.no.206 in surat city, under pradhan mantri awas yojana 2.0-ahp on engineering-designing, procurement and construction basis (epc mode) (work no. 08). The estimated project cost is ₹25.98 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0.26 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 30 September 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 30 September 2026.
