(includes a 2 ft raised platform, ground matting, roofing, an attractive main entrance arch, and full-time security guards)., theme pavilion: creating a special "theme pavilion" showcasing geographical indication (gi) tagged textile products of karnataka., scheme displays: exhibition of posters/charts highlighting major welfare schemes implemented by the department., furniture & seating: providing tables, chairs, table fans where needed, and sofa seating for vips., electricals & sound: rental basis setup for temporary wiring, tube lights, focus lights, decorative lighting, and a pa sound system with microphones., branding & print material: printing models and descriptive charts for at least 20 department programs, supplying 10 standees, photo printing, and 5 promotional banners., inauguration event logistics: light refreshments, ceremonial lamp, ribbon-cutting items, honoring kits for 20 vip guests (shawl, garland, bouquet, booklet), and 20 mini-kits containing handloom items for media personnel., miscellaneous/admin: managing administrative costs, drinking water, tea/coffee arrangements, entry badges, and fresh flower decorations for the pavilion. .
