Co-operative Housing Society Limited has invited bids for the construction of multi-storey residential units on 6.5 acres of land with water layout approval, owned by the society, to provide permanent housing facilities to eligible members. the tender is invited for the construction of residential units as per the rules specified by the society for its members and to complete the remaining development work in the development area at the developer's own expense. out of the total 6.5 acres of construction area, the area for 1 bhk residential units is 1 lakh 26 thousand square feet, and for 2 bhk residential units, the area is 30 thousand square meters. the total 1 lakh 6 thousand square feet area of the society's residential units will be constructed, and the remaining construction-suitable area will be developed by the developer at their own expense as per regulations (fsai). the residential units will be prepared. the approved layout of the residential units in the project should include facilities such as a gym, lift, lobby, common passage, water supply system, drainage system, electricity system, fire safety system, necessary parking, guest room, society office, gym, library, hall, road, gutters, and other necessary social amenities. proposals with detailed information on approved fsai, built-up area, carpet area, parking, side setback, amenity system, lift, and final construction layout from architects and related experts should be submitted to the society's office within 25 days..
