Central Public Works Department has invited bids for the demolition of exisitng structures and then re-construction of residential buildings for the officers of rbi, on its freehold land at plot no. gc-4, lohianagar, kankarbagh distt-patna, bihar including internal water supply, sanitary installation, elecrtical installations, dg set electrical sub-station, powe bckup, lifts, fire fighting system, furniture, gym equipment, other e and m works , cctv, lan solar water heaters, oht ugt, rwh, stp and external development work, land- scaping and art work etc. in the epc mode-iii. The estimated project cost is ₹165.29 Cr, with an EMD of ₹1.75 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 16 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 16 October 2026.
