East Central Railway has invited bids for the engineering, procurement and construction (epc) agreement for construction of new bg rail line including earth work, blanketing, minor bridges, major bridges, track works, station building, buildings and other miscellaneous works for 25t indian railway standard loading from sitamarhi (excluding) to rewasi (including) (i.e.ch. 0.700 to 12.400) (total length = 11.70km) in connection with sitamarhi-sheohar new bg rail line project in east central railway in the state of bihar. The estimated project cost is ₹201.38 Cr, with an EMD of ₹4.03 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 24 December 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 24 December 2026.
