Northern Railway has invited bids for the engineering, procurement and construction (epc) agreement for construction of 3rd and 4th railway line adjacent to the existing broad gauge (bg) electrified double line including civil engineering works, track works, signalling & telecommunication works, over head electrification, electrical general services & all other allied works between delhi subjimandi (szm) to ambala cantt (umb) in delhi & ambala divisions of northern railway. The estimated project cost is ₹3,612.57 Cr, with an EMD of ₹72.25 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 1 February 2027, with the technical opening scheduled for 1 February 2027.
