Public Health Engineering Department has invited bids for the fabrication work under sub dn bhopalgarh- m.s. specials :- supply of m.s. circular flange/ blind flange/ sheet of thickness 12mm to 25mm having holes of 18mm diameter suitable for all size of pipe., m.s. pipe/ tee/ reducer/ bend etc made out of m.s. sheet of 6mm to 8mm thickness including cutting, welding applying a primer coat of approved steel primer as per requirement and conforming to relevant bsr/is specification., cutting of m.s. pipe/ plate with gas cutter as per bsr specification (b/84/9.9) at contractor's work shop., welding on m.s., gi pipes/ sockets / flanges etc. with the use of isi marked welding rods in minimum two laye as per relevant bsr specification (b/85/9.13), g.i. assembly making :- cutting of gl pipe of all sizes with the use of lathe machine by making edges perfect., threading of gl pipe/sockets/flanges of all size by as per is: 554/1975 (latest and amended)., drilling of hole in gi flange of all size by machine suitable for 16mm dia bolt., making cable cut in all size of flanges for cable from drilling machine and gas cutter., turning of g.i. flanges on lathe machine to reduce diameter of flange to required size., supply of m.s. strip in size 25mm (width) x 100mm (length) x 6mm (thickness) as per relevant bsr specification/department/practice.
