modernization of the divisional workshop and store of tubewell division gonda, comprising partial demolition and dismantling of existing structures, brick masonry work, plain cement concrete/rcc works, plastering, flooring, earthwork, laying of kharanja, whitewashing, painting/distempering, and all other allied and incidental works, including all necessary labour, materials(excluding cement), tools, plants, equipments, scaffoldings, and other accessories required for the proper completion
