National Highway Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited has invited bids for the nhidcl/meghalaya/ hsc/package-03/2026 - development, maintenance, management and operation of greenfield high-speed corridor from mawlyngkhung (near shillong) in meghalaya to panchgram (near silchar) in assam by 4-laning with paved shoulders on hybrid annuity basis. (package-3). The estimated project cost is ₹5,003.67 Cr, with an EMD of ₹50.04 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 21 September 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 22 September 2026.
