Eastern Railway has invited bids for the parking - mixed-annual licensing fee parking lot for two wheelers, three wheelers and four wheelers at location opposite drm office asansol near newly constructed mall in (division asansol) for a period of 03 years. 1.area is approx 2546 sqm 2. parking tariff is mentioned in special conditions for parking contract. 3. sketch plan attached in the attachment section. 4. before bidding licensee should check the location physically & read all the terms and conditions of the e-auction parking policy . 5. proper demarcation should be done jointly in presence of contractor & barricading of proposed site to be done by licensee immediately after handing over the site. 6. the successful bidder shall submit the police verification certificate (pvc), blood group details, and a copy of the aadhaar card to the station in-charge (commercial) for issuance of identity cards (id cards) for himself/herself and his/her staff on the scheduled date of handing over the site. 7. the site shall be provided on "as is where is" basis. all ground-level works carried out by the licensee in light of existing policy provision at its own cost..
