Central Public Works Department has invited bids for the planning, designing and construction of south zone regional training centre (szrtc) (civil, e&m) and all other works) consisting of non-residential buildings(training-cum-administrative block, hostel cum guest house block, amenity centre building, badminton court block, open air theatre, security rooms), residential buildings (type-ii & type-iii quarters, type-iv quarters, type-v quarters, type-vi quarters), treatment plants ( sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant), civil development works and e&m development works & bulk services, including comprehensive consultancy services, post-construction local and statutory body approvals, for ministry of home affairs (mha), at avathi village, devanahalli taluk, bengaluru, karnataka, integration of all works & services for setting up of the szrtc project, making fit for occupation, all complete on engineering, procurement and construction (epc mode-i) basis, (package-01). The estimated project cost is ₹292.98 Cr, with an EMD of ₹3.03 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 14 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 14 October 2026.
