Indian Institute Of Management has invited bids for the providing operation & maintenance services at iim jammu - service charges for providing contractual manpower in percentage only under annual maintenance contract for the complete operation & maintenance of 33/11 kv, 11kv/440 volt transformer; ht- lt, rmu & other panels, ats, dg set, substation, ro system, stp, wtp, scada system, hvac system, ro system and internal & external steel lighting, electrical installations, plumbing, civil, drain, carpenter, painting, welding etc. as per assigned by engineer in charge with required mandatory minimum manpower as per the scope of work, electrical installation and all other terms and conditions as per tender documents. dismantled spares shall be deposited in the maintenance office of the institute., with an EMD of ₹0.04 Cr.
