cleaning of all weld joints of turret area, checking of housing top flange bolts for looseness and measurement of gap with feeler gauge in presence of site engineer, cleaning of drive gear box area, checking of drive gear box flange bolts surface for any gap with feeler gauge, thorough cleaning of axle retaining covers of top and bottom links and measurement of clearances, rectifications as suggested by the engineer. 40. change of drive gear box of l&t stand: dismantling of drive room, dismantling of drive motor frames and motors, dismantling of gearbox, erection and alignment of drive motors and frames, erection of drive gearbox, erection of drive room and welding. 41. half yearly repair/rectification jobs on l&t stand: removal of floor covers, cleaning of all weld joints thoroughly for dp test, providing assistance for dp test as instructed by the engineer, rectification of defects noticed in dp test. 42. annual repair/rectification jobs on l&t stand: dismantling of floor covers, thorough cleaning of all weld joints of l&t stand, providing assistance for dp test, rectification of defects noticed in dp test, load test of l&t stand, measurement of deflection readings as per the instructions of the engineer, measurements of clearances of column foundation bolts, thermal tightening of column foundation bolts as per the instructions of the engineer, fixing of floor covers. 43. repair/change of l&t drive room: dismantling of drive room structures, fabrication/repair of drive room structures, erection, alignment and welding of drive room structures. 44. replacement of seals of l&t rotary joint: dismantling of rotary joint, dismantling of seals, thorough cleaning, reconditioning/repair of rotary joint, fixing of seals as per the sequence and as suggested by the site engineer. 45. repair of dummy bar conveyers: maintenance of all 24 dummy bar conveyors of ccm-1 to ccm-6 by carrying out the following jobs to keep the conveyors in working condition, replacing damaged conveyors along with parking rollers, grip assembly, replacing the damaged rope, repairing the hook carriage, rectification of front and back guides, channels of conveyor. repair of horizontal guides and other structural repair of conveyor, reposition of conveyor carriage assembly in support guides in case of any problem, removing the dummy bar if it is defective or for carrying out the repair of conveyor, repair/replacement of vertical guide channels, fabrication of small parts like hook carriage tie rod, stopper etc. 46. mom lever unit bearing changing: jobs including boq no 32 and boq no 33 removal of counter weights, mom lever unit bearing changing on both sides by removing plumber blocks and fixing the same along with counter weights. also oscillation checking and rectification. 47. tk1/tk spline welding: tk1/tk stands igb spline housing and welding both in position and removed stands if required. 48. igb changing for tk stand: igb removal from the stand and fixing, orientation changing of igb if required. 49. igb locking: tk1/tk stands igb locking with bracket along with spline welding to stand. 50. idle roller stand roller changing: removal of damaged roller, cleaning, new roller fixing. 51. ccm#2 mould supporting frame top link changing/revisioning: removal of top link, revision/changing of bearings in the top link, fixing of top link in the position. 52. ccm#2 mould supporting frame bottom shaft bearing changing/revisioning: removal of top link, mould c-frame, revisioning/changing of bearings/shaft, fixing of shafts, c-frame and top link. 53. total changing/revisioning of ccm#2 mould supporting frame: removal of mould c-frame, changing/revisioning of mould water seats, arresting water leakages from frame, revisioning of leveling pads, fixing of revisioned or spare stand. 54. total changing/revisioning of ccm#2 section supporting roller: removal of damaged supporting roller, fixing of spare/revisioned supporting roller. 55. total checking of ccm#2 alignment with section and mould ethelon: placement of mould ethelon, placement of section ethelon, checking the total radius with template from mould c-frame to n1, removal of both section and mould ethelon, radius correction to be done. 56. periodical maintenance of electric hoist in mom room of ccm: strictly follow the periodical maintenance schedule, gear box oil top-up, greasing of guide and guide wheels, tightening of foundation bolts.
