Northeast Frontier Railway has invited bids for the request for proposal (rfp) for providing project general management services for providing "comprehensive consultancy services from the stage of feasibility study & dpr preparation for elimination of level crossing gates in nf railway by constructing rob and/ rub/lhs/other structures/ road diversion as required including detailed design of required components of finalized scheme, tendering for execution of works as per finalized scheme, techno-managerial consultancy, processing & facilitation for land acquisition, project supervision services/project management consultancy etc. for execution of work till closure of level crossings/defect liability period of execution contract. The estimated project cost is ₹84.22 Cr, with an EMD of ₹1.68 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 3 October 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 3 October 2026.
