site survey & measurement- detailed inspection of existing security fence, identification of damaged/missing posts, wire, mesh, gates and foundations; measurements to be takenat site. dismantling - carefully dismantle and remove damaged/unserviceable fence components,including posts, wires, mesh and concrete portions wherever required. chain-link mesh - supply and fix gi chain-link fencing mesh, typically 50 50mmaperture,minimum 3.15 mm wire dia, or matching existing fence specification.
d wire - provide and fix gi barbed wire, minimum 2.5 mm wire dia, with suitablespacingand tensioning arrangements. concertina/ additional security wire - where required, provide and securely fix concertina/razorwire on existing/new fence using suitable brackets/supports. welding & fabrication - all fabrication/welding shall be carried out by skilled personnel; weldjoints shall be properly finished and free from sharp projections. gate repair - repair/realignment of existing security gates, including hinges, lockingarrangement,ms members, welding and replacement of damaged components. damaged portion - replacement of severely damaged fence sections with newmaterial matchingthe existing fence in 270 mtr, strength and appearance. clearance - vegetation, debris and loose material around the fence shall be removedtoensureproper visibility and security. finishing - fence shall be properly aligned, levelled, securely anchored and free from sharp/ unprotected projections after completion. inspection - completed work shall be jointly inspected and accepted only after satisfactoryrestoration of structural strength and security effectiveness
