resistance, 95% zn + 5% al (+/-1%) (min 250 gsm) as per en-10244-2-2009) with mesh width not more than 290 mm. secondary mesh having minimum tensile strength of 30 kn/m, with minimum mesh width not more than 90 mm and fixing minimum 10 mm diameter wire rope anchor having yield strength of 500 n/mm or equivalent of 3 m length and grouting holes by cement grout with necessary admixtures at top and bottom at pattern of 3.5 m to 4.0 m c/c including top and bottom support rope and all other accessories, material, machinery, labour, etc. complete; or equivalent or higher system along with detailed drawings & specifications. equivalent or higher system will be evaluated by iit. 4). supply and installation of 3d erosion control mat of pp/pet having minimum mass per unit area 400 gm / sqm along with a steel wire mesh having 95% zn + 5% al coating for slope protection. the composite shall have a minimum longitudinal tensile strength of 150 kn/m. lncluding all necessary accessories required for erosion control mats in place as per technical specifications attached and as directed by engineer in charge. 5). providing and application of hydraulically applied erosion control products by means of hydroseeding/ hydro mulching on the hill side and valley side slope surface for erosion control by means of vegetation including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery labour, etc; with all leads and lifts and as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by elc. 6). supply and installation of multi strand prestressed cable anchors with initial prestress load of minimum 1094 kn (with 6 nos. of 15.2 mm dia strands with breaking load per mono strand of minimum 260.7 kn) and drill hole dia of 150 mm with full length grouting in two phases, protective sheath for exposed part above the anchor head, centralizers, including all ancillary items for anchoring, grouting and stressing on the slope surface along with casing (if required) for drilling in collapsible strata as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 7). providing subsurface drain hole (horizontal / inclined) in the slope with perforated pvc pipe (lined with non woven geotextile) of 50 mm internal diameter by drilling and inserting the perforated pvc pipe as per the drawings etc. complete. 8). design, supply, pretensioning and installation of 2000 kilojoule rock fall barrier in horizontal plane for protection against vertical fall on carriageway. energy class: 2000 kj, wire diameter min.: 3 mm, ring diameter max.: 350 mm, rope diameter min.: 16 mm, barrier height min.: 5m, tensile strength: 1770 n/mm, etag 027 certification required, or equivalent/higher system along with detailed drawings and specifications. the equivalent or higher system will be evaluated by iit. 9). design, supply, pretensioning and installation of 2000 kilojoule rock fall barrier in horizontal plane for protection against vertical fall on carriageway. energy class: 2000 kj, wire diameter min.: 3 mm, ring diameter max.: 350 mm, rope diameter min.: 16 mm, barrier height min.: 6m, tensile strength: 1770 n/mm, etag 027 certification required, or equivalent/higher system along with detailed drawings and specifications. the equivalent or higher system will be evaluated by iit. 10). providing and fixing continuously threaded bars of diameter 32 mm, yield load more than 400 kn, hexagonal nut, washer plate 200 200 10 mm size, coupler for connecting bars and full length grouting with admixtures including all ancillary works for top / bottom / cortical anchoring including all ancillary material, machinery, labour, etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. 11). supply and installation of self drilling anchors of 38 mm diameter, yield load minimum 400 kn, nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars, drill bit and full-length grouting with admixture including all ancillary items for foundation anchoring etc. complete as per technical specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 12). providing and fixing continuous threaded bars of 25 mm diameter, yield load more than 245 kn, hexagonal nut, washer plate 200 200 10 mm size, coupler for connecting bars, and full length grouted with admixture including all ancillary work for top/bottom/cortical anchoring including all ancillary material, machinery, labour etc. complete and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 13). providing, supplying and pouring of grout (1:1.5 cement mortar) including all cost of material, labour, t&p etc. complete in articulating block fabric form as mentioned in cl. no. 4 (above) using grout mix. the mix shall exhibit a minimum compressive strength of 20 n/sq.mm at 28 days when made and tested in accordance with is:516. the sand/cement ratio having impact absorption energy of the system must be minimum of 100 kn/sqm in dynamic loading conditions and as per drawings, technical specifications and the direction of engineer-in-charge. material used for manufacturing the debris flow barrier should be equivalent to the material used in eta/etag certified mesh of high tensile steel not less than 1770n/mm2. (equivalent or higher system will be technically evaluated by iit) 23). design, supply and installation of debris flow barrier with double mesh i.e high tensile wire mesh or high tensile roll cable net with posts having impact absorption energy of the system must be minimum of 150 kn/sqm in dynamic loading conditions and as per drawings, technical specifications and the direction of engineer-in-charge. material used for manufacturing the debris flow barrier should be equivalent to the material used in eta/etag certified mesh of high tensile steel not less than 1770n/mm2. (equivalent or higher system will be technically evaluated by iit) 24). supplying, providing and laying of geosynthetic cementitious composite mat comprising a special blend of minerals encapsulated between a woven (100 grams/sqm) and two non-woven needle punched geotextiles (200 grams/sqm) having min mass per unit area 7600grams/sqm (+/-20%) before curing and 9100 grams/sqm (+/-20%)after curing as per en 14196, having nominal thickness of 9mm (+/-15%) as per en iso 9863, tensile strength of 22 kn/m (+/-15%) in machine direction & 25 kn/m (+/-15%) in cross machine direction as per en iso 10319 including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc. complete at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts and as directed by engineer - in charge. (equivalent or higher system will be technically evaluated by iit) 25). supplying, laying and fixing in position of 10 mm thick geosynthetic cementatious composite mat, specified as per astm: d 8364 gccm type - iii specification. flexural strength (28 day) should be >4mpa and 28 days compressive strength as per astm d8329 should not be less 60 mpa. (equivalent or higher system will be technically evaluated by iit) 26). providing and installation of alert/warning system which include a compact and robust device for detecting rockfall events (deformations, impacts, failures, etc.) on single or multiple portions of protection systems and from different directions for the alert in rockfall measures, and suitable to be installed in severe environmental conditions (-40c to +60c) and works on batteries, applicable only for critical locations, along with fixing arrangement, data transmission and management system, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour, etc., with all leads and lifts and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
