Government Medical College And Hospital has invited bids for the special cleanliness drive, vector control activities, and site documentation across the 626 bedded facility of rampurhat govt. medical college & hospital: 1) garbage & general waste removal: collection and removal of garbage, plastic, food waste, and solid waste from hospital wards, opd blocks, hostels, staff quarters, and open campus areas., deployment of manpower for sweeping and cleaning roads, courtyards, and pathways., transport of waste to designated municipal disposal sites., 2) drain cleaning & desilting: removal of silt, sludge, and solid waste from open and underground drains across the 626 bedded mch premises., ensuring smooth flow of stormwater/wastewater., sprinkling of bleaching powder and disinfectants in cleaned drains., 3) clearing dumped sites & breeding grounds: identification and removal of solid waste, debris, and stagnant water from open land, unused corners, construction areas, and dumping grounds., cutting and disposal of unwanted vegetation/weeds., regular spraying of larvicides or disinfectants in vulnerable areas., 4) hospital surroundings & peripheral areas: cleaning parking zones, boundary walls, approach roads, and peripheral drainage systems., proper lifting and disposal of biomedical waste in coordination with hospital waste management staff., 5) manpower & equipment deployment: provision of adequate manpower with proper protective gear (gloves, masks, boots, etc.)., deployment of equipment (waste trolleys, spades, cleaning rods, mechanized drain cleaners, tank cleaning machines)., 6) reporting, supervision & documentation: daily progress reporting to the hospital sanitation supervisor., maintenance of logbook with signatures of supervising officers., mandatory pre-drive and post-drive photo documentation (geo-tagged) and final completion report submission., 7) equipment provisions: necessary ppe gear and equipment shall be deployed for the special cleanliness drive, including waste trolleys, spades, cleaning rods, mechanized drain cleaners, tank-cleaning machines, garbage-carrying vehicles, jcp/jcb, trolleys and other essential cleaning equipment..
