Rail Coach Factory has invited bids for the supply & fitment of set of frp modular toilet for first ac amrit bharat 3.0 c oaches. follow interior colour scheme as per design l.no. md48161 dated 15.05.2026. no te- safety clause must be followed according to annexure-a of dy.cple-ii l.no.rcf/emp/1 dated 01/04/2025., as per drawing: lwfac/pp2-6-3-001 col ii with latest alt with spec icf/md/ spec-436 alongwith annexure-i and amendment slip no. 1 & 2 and follow dy.cme/df l.no. md48161 dated 25.05.2026. make & model of amenities as per design l.no. md46111 dated 1 3.07.26., packing instruction: pi111 version 4.0 modular toilet a wooden frame to be provide d at the bottom of each modular toilet. wooden frame should consist of four support s of size 100x100x150 mm length with strips size 40x100mm of suitable length. modular toilet should be suitably fastened with proper packing using item like biodegradable p acking of adequate strength. the modular toilet to be covered with stitched cover of water-proof canvas tarpaulin with minimum 300 gsm of good quality. a list should be p asted on each box showing purchase order no. ,pl no. description, drg no. / spec no. , q ty, firm name & address & date of dispatch etc. for loose supply of items of frp modula r toilet as per mdts 214 ( latest version) , packing instruction (of latest version) will b e followed : ?for packing of inside/outside mirror : packing instruction no pi 134 shoul d be followed . ?for packing of attachment wall : packing instruction no pi 184 should be followed. ?for packing of ceiling flap mounting , scrapper matting and soap dispens er with cage and other item if any : packing instruction pi 042 should be followed. ? mir ror moulding should be supplied already installed in the module at the designated mir ror area . ? accessories should be individually packed in cardboard box & then combine dly packed in one seperate wooden box packing for each coach set.
