Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has invited bids for the tender for transportation of packed lpg cylinders by road ex- hoshiarpur lpg plant - hindustan petroleum corporation limited (hpcl), a public sector oil company, invites digitally signed e tenders under two bid system from persons, sole proprietorship, partnership firms registered with the registrar of firms, registered cooperative society, companies registered under companies act, 1956 for award of contract for transportation of packed lpg cylinders by road ex- hoshiarpur (punjab) lpg plant for a period of five years (05) w.e.f. 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2031 or from the date of issuance of loa whichever is later. the pre bid meeting will be conducted through virtual meeting, details of zoom link is given in the tender. regarding emd, tenderers registered as micro and small enterprises are exempted from emd for trucks offered. exemption document shall be uploaded in the emd section of the tender failing which the unpriced bid of the bidder shall not be opened and the bidder shall be rejected on the basis of not submitting the emd. only udyam registration certificate shall be accepted as valid mse certificate for exemption of emd for micro and small enterprises. the bidders who are seeking emd exemption to mandatorily submit bid declaration to be given by bidders seeking exemption from emd payment along with their bids as per the attachment given in tender. the bidders who are not seeking emd exemption may submit bid declaration given in attachment as not applicable na. emd for all transporters offering trucks in physical possession will be rs. 50,000 for offering up to 5 trucks, plus rs. 10,000 per truck for additional truck beyond 5 trucks. emd shall be rs. 50,000 per booking slip truck applicable only for sc st bidders., with an EMD of ₹0.01 Cr.
