Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has invited bids for the dismantling of 11 kv line and lt line with its dump at suitable place on site up to completion of work and its safe loading/unloading/weithing carriage from dump site to je's store (including broken stp/pcc pole)., pcc pole 8.5 mtr long, pcc pole 11 mtr long, acsr weasel conductor, abc( 3x/95 + 1x70 + 1x16) sqmm., abc( 3x50 + 1x35 + 1x16) sqmm., 11 kv composite polymer pin insulator., 11 kv comp. poly. disc insulator 45 kn., 11 kv v-type steel cross arm 65x65x6 mm, earth rod 2540x20 mm, lt distribution box, stay set 16x1800, stay wire 06 swg, other line material., dragging of pcc pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (as per respo norms) of single pole 8.5 m long pcc pole along with fixing of necessary hardware of single pole such as v-type x-arm, f-bracket, 11kv pin/disc insulator, guarding angle & lt clamp etc. (1.8 mm65x65x6) with nut & boltsas per respo specification and direction of e/i., dragging of pcc pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (as per respo norms) of single pole 11 m long pcc pole along with fixing of necessary hardware of single pole such as v-type x-arm, f- bracket, 11kv pin/disc insulator, guarding angle & lt clamp etc. (1.8 mm65x65x6) with nut & boltsas per respo specification and direction of e/i., fixing and errection of double poles on 11 mtr. long pcc pole along with fixing of necessary hardware (top channel,dropper, pins , disc etc) of doble pole alongwith necessery pin insulators and grouting as per respo specification and direction of e/i., ordinary earthing by ms earth rod 2500mm long as per respo schedule. only gi wire& earth rod shall be supplied by the department., grouting and nuzzling of stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. accessories required including its grouting by civil material (sand: brick ballast: cement). only stay wire shall be supplied by the department., laying and stringing of 3 phase 3 wire 11 kv line on acsr weasel/rabbit/raccoon/dog conductor as per respo specification and direction of e/i., laying of abc (3x95+1x70+1x16) sqmm., laying of abc (3x50+1x35+1x16) sqmm., making section of 11 kv line by fixing of all necessary accessories such as t-off channel disc insulator with fitting pin insulator with pin along with sagging jumpering and binding etc only insulator shall be provided by the dept., erection and installation of barbed wire /danger board/ number plate/g.i. pipe 6 dia/, holding clamp for pcc pole 8.5 mtr., lt clamp with eye hook., stone pad, stay clamp, 11 kv f clamp for pcc pole, p.g clamp panther to panther conductor., nuts & bolts, barbed wire, distribution box clamp quantity - 14682. The estimated project cost is ₹0.06 Cr, with an EMD of ₹0 Cr. Interested bidders can submit applications until 29 September 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 29 September 2026.
